Kill: December 15, 2002

International Award-Winning Waiting For A Train.
Il Teatro Calamari is back from an International and Pacific Northwest tour with "Waiting For A Train", an eclectic mix of puppetry, clown, and physical theatre. This production is a full 70 minutes of comedy with more physicality, new outrageous props, and a fabulous performance venue. "Waiting for a Train" opens at the
O'Shaughnessy Center in Whitefish December 13, 14, 2002 at 8PM. Tickets are $12/adults, $10/seniors and$6/students, for more information Call 862-5371 for tickets. The program is sponsored by Morrison and Frampton Law Offices. "Waiting for a Train" is a comedy for the whole family that uses diverse theatre elements, New Vaudeville, Clown, Puppetry and Magical Realism, to create an environment where anything can and does happen. Set in a train station, three talented performers take us on fanciful journeys that spring from a mountain of luggage. See what happens when vicious balloon-dogs attack, Kleenexes come to life and fall in love, lunchtime goes awry when food doesn't wish to be eaten, pillows throw off their shackles of servitude and taste freedom, and lost luggage becomes found.
